Monthly Drop
On the 5th of each month we have a drop. Every drop consists of one special garment or design that is only available on our site for that month. All designs change every month and we will offer a different selection whether it be a variation in color, garment, or design. There will never be a drop that repeats those categories. Embroidered Garments or peculiar items are more like to drop repeatedly because of style.
Handling
Please allow 3-6 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Tracking will be provided through our website when available.
Returns
We don't accept returns unless the product came defective. If you do get a defective product contact us within 3 days of getting it and we'll get it sorted for you.

HOW DO YOUR ITEMS FIT?
Our T-shirts feature a fitted, more modern fit. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend ordering the next size up.
ARE YOUR GARMENTS PRE-SHRUNK?
No, not unless otherwise specified. Our T-shirts tend to shrink about a half size if washed and dried under high heat. To ensure the long life of our thredz, please wash and dry on low heat.
HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders usually ship within 3-6 business days. Please note that orders placed during a sale or promotion may take longer to process. Our distribution center is usually closed on weekends and major holidays.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All orders are sent via USPS First Class mail in 3-6 business days.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer 100% refund for defective orders, buyers are responsible for returning shirts in its original packaging and in new condition.
What if I bought the wrong size?
Once we have received your returned item, we will re-ship your exchanged item to you free of charge.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders. However, if you need to change your order please email us within two hours of the purchase time at [email protected]
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, we offer wholesale pricing and we would love to team up! Contact us at [email protected] for more information on carrying Royal Thredz in your store.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. We ship all over the world! Please Note that international orders may take a longer time more than the listed 3-6 business days to be shipped and processed.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
You will receive an automated email confirmation as soon as your purchase and payment are completed.

Will I receive an emailing confirmation when my item has been shipped?
Yes. Our system only sends one email after you have placed your order and you will be sent an email when your order has been shipped. Tracking information will be provided through email once available.
